Method
Four steps between your question and a defensible answer.
The same sequence on every engagement, whether it takes three weeks or three months. Nothing skips verification.
Define
We turn your question into a testable one.
Most briefs arrive as concerns, not questions. In the first days we work with you to pin down exactly what, if known, would change your decision, and what evidence would count. You sign off on the question before we gather a single data point.
Gather
Primary sources first. Always.
We go straight to what the market is doing: who companies are hiring, what they are buying, the tenders they file, the tools they adopt, and the moves at the top. Desk research frames the picture; it never replaces the primary signal. Everything we pull is logged and sourced, so you can trace any claim back to where it came from.
Verify
Every finding earns its place.
Nothing reaches you on one source’s word. Claims are cross-checked against at least two independent sources, or flagged as unverified, visibly. If the honest answer is a range, you get the range, with the reasoning shown.
Deliver
An answer, not an archive.
You get a short brief that leads with what to do, written in plain language so anyone on your team can follow it, whether or not they read the data themselves. Then a working session to pressure-test it with your team, and the full evidence trail underneath, for anyone who asks “says who?”
Then
After Deliver, it’s your call.
We do not do implementation retainers or bolt-on strategy work. We give you the answer, tell you plainly what to do with it, defend it in the room, and then step back.
